Founded by Brett McKean, a dedicated basketball coach with over 25 years of experience, our academy focuses on player development, fundamental skills, and life lessons that extend far beyond the court.

Brett's love for basketball began at the age of eight, leading to a career coaching youth teams, professional leagues like the SEABL and NBL1, and national tournaments. With Brett at the helm, BMB Basketball is committed to instilling values like teamwork, perseverance, and leadership in every athlete.

At BMB, we offer a holistic approach to basketball, emphasizing correct motor functions, mechanics, and techniques from the start of a player's career. We believe in developing not just skilled players, but also respectful individuals who understand the value of hard work and dedication.

Our academy specializes in skills training for all ages, from beginners to advanced and rep players. We also provide coach development, offering ongoing support to help coaches grow their knowledge and understanding of the game.
